The 3rd Maritime Silk Road
Youth Exchange Camp
will be held from
August 20th to August 26th, 2025.

Itinerary
(Final schedule is subject to minor adjustments based on actual circumstances)
DAY 1
Check-in and meet-and-greet session.
DAY 2
Morning—Attend opening ceremony; participate in ice-breaking activities; visit Fuzhou Software Park.
Afternoon—Visit Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District (Fuzhou District); tour Three Lanes and Seven Alleys (including Yan Fu Calligraphy Museum, Fuzhou Maritime Silk Road Exhibition Hall and the Former Residences of Lin Juemin and Bing Xin).
Evening—Experience intangible cultural heritage: Yongchun Boxing (aka.Wing Tsun).
DAY 3
Morning—Visit the Fuzhou Urban Planning Exhibition Hall; tour the Liangcuo Historic District and the Fuzhou Jasmine Tea Culture & Creativity Industry Park; experience the traditional scenting process of Fuzhou jasmine tea.
Afternoon—Tour the Museum of Foochow Arsenal, known as the “cradle of modern Chinese naval development”; experience traditional dragon boat culture at the Fuzhou Dragon Boat Theme Park.
Evening—Stroll through Yantaishan, and admire diverse international architectural styles.
DAY 4
Morning—Visit the LIEM SIOE LIONG Memorial Hall and the China-Indonesia “Two Countries, Twin Parks” Project.
Afternoon—Visit The Commercial Press (Fuzhou Branch) and the Fujian–Hong Kong Cooperation Advisory Committee.
Evening— “Maritime Silk Road Youth Talk” sharing session.
DAY 5
Morning—Visit the Kuliang Summer Resort: Kuliang Story Museum, DiamondreaM Bookstore, Liushanwang Park, Gardner Memorial Hall and Yixia Villa.
Afternoon—Visit Fuzhou University Town (Science City) · Innovation Hub and National Engineering Research Center of Juncao Technology, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University.
Evening—Group discussion.
DAY 6
Morning—Visit Dinghai ancient city(Lianjiang) and the Fuzhou(Lianjiang) National Deep-Sea Fishery Center.
Afternoon—Explore Minyue Water Town and experience traditional intangible cultural heritage.
Evening—Attend closing ceremony.
DAY 7
Closing discussion session and departure.

We sincerely welcome university
students from around the world.
Registration Requirements:
1.Applicants must abide by the Constitution, laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, with no record of criminal offenses or disciplinary violations, and must possess good political integrity and ethical conduct.
2.The program is open to university students worldwide (full-time, undergraduate level or above, including recent graduates not yet employed) .
3.Strong English communication skills are required; applicants with international exchange experience will be given priority.
4. Preference is given to morally sound, academically excellent candidates in high-demand fields.
Support for Participants:
1.The organizer will provide full guarantees for transportation, catering, accommodation, medical care, and insurance during the stay in Fuzhou. Meanwhile, study tour kits will be prepared for the students.
2.Participants will be eligible for travel subsidies for field research programs.The subsidy standards are determined based on the location of the participants' universities,as follows:
- CNY 200 per person for students from universities within Fujian Province but outside Fuzhou City.
- CNY 500 per person for students from universities outside Fujian Province, south of the Changjiang River (including Hong Kong and Macau).
- CNY 800 per person for students from universities outside Fujian Province, north of the Changjiang River.
- CNY 1,000 per person for students from Taiwan, Xinjiang, Tibet(Xizang), Qinghai, Inner Mongolia, and the northeastern provinces.
- CNY 1,000 per person for students studying overseas.
All subsidies will be issued in a lump sum after the event.
